The Sofila Group came into existence in early 2001, as result of a merger of two centenary companies, Condamin & Prodon and Moulinages Schwarzenbach that are both leaders in the textile industry commanding a distinguished identity of their own. 

Condamin & Prodon is a leader in texturing and throwing of Nylon and all continuous filament yarns, while Moulinages Schwarzenbach carries repute as a leader in covering and throwing of artificial, synthetic and discontinuous fibers. This merger brought in two leaders with rich experiences to creation and establishment of a powerful group, the Sofila Group.

Experience, insights and advanced technology available for yarn enrichment, gave this group a complete control of the global production operations. Comprising of a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals, worldwide presence of 25 network agents, four production units in France and two in Malaysia, a turnover of 20 millions €, undoubtedly makes this group a forerunner in the competitive textile industry.

Stuti Exports exclusively represents and acts as the marketing arm of Groupe Sofila in India and Sri-Lanka.
